1. Statistical Genetics and Genomics: Algorithms for genome-wide association studies, linkage analysis,  genetic analysis in genetic mating design, and mixed major-genes plus polygenes inheritance;

 2. Molecular evolution mechanism in the form of complex traits;

 3. Genetics for quantitative traits in soybean. Our purpose is to validate the new algorithms.
